Writer Elizabeth Johnston’s new book, No Small Potatoes: A Journey, has just been released. It’s an eclectic look a food issues that includes interviews with people from Peru, Canada, Ireland, and Hungary.

Elizabeth’s work has appeared in various publications for over 20 years including The Globe and Mail, The South China Morning Post, The Toronto Star, and the anthology, A Room at the Heart of Things. She also teaches at Concordia University.
